Berwick Waters to become a display home superstore

An enormous display village of 53 homes from 22 builders is set to open at Berwick Waters, a joint development by Frasers Property Australia and Mondous Property Australia.

Located just 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, Berwick Waters is in a satellite employment hub for Victoria and its strong sales have seen most of Melbourne’s major builders sign up to present their best and newest home designs.

The development is one of three new display villages at Frasers Property’s Developments in Victoria.

The company’s Sunbury Fields development will see eight display homes from four builders open later this year, with Life at Point Cook set to host nine new homes from four builders.

Sarah Bloom, Frasers Property’s General Manager Residential Victoria, said the flagship Berwick Waters display village was a perfect way for homebuyers to see a wide range of options in one spot.

“It really is a one-stop shop for the latest innovations in-house design. With 22 builders represented buyers have a great chance to find something that’s perfect for their lifestyle and family,” she said.

Ms Bloom added that the new villages underlined Frasers Property’s commitment to the Victorian housing market.

“And in turn, they represent the confidence our builders have in Frasers Property,” she said.

“They want to be part of our developments because they know they’re well-planned and thoughtful communities – our communities are a great showcase for their work.”

Henley Properties has the largest number of display homes in the Berwick Waters village, with nine homes available to be viewed.

Henley General Manager Justin McDean said his company saw Berwick Waters as an excellent showcase for their homes because of the diverse buyers the development attracts and the enormous growth in the region.

“Located in one of Melbourne’s major growth corridors, with excellent access to the Monash Freeway and Clyde Road, outstanding amenities and a natural landscape, Berwick Waters was the perfect location for our new World of Homes display village,” he said.

Launched in 2011, Berwick Waters is already well established, with more than 500 homes built around a substantial meandering watercourse teeming with birdlife.

Large blocks, lots of nearby educational and employment opportunities, extensive open space, bike paths, as well as walking trails and playgrounds are just some of the reasons buyers cite for choosing Berwick Waters.

Schools in the area include the adjacent Hillcrest Christian College and the nearby St Catherine’s Primary School, Berwick Chase Primary School, Alkira Secondary College and St Francis Xavier College.

Monash University’s Berwick Campus is five kilometres away.

In keeping with the community’s environmentally sustainable ethos, lots will also feature connection to a third-pipe recycled water system, so residents will be able to wash their cars and nurture a lush garden all year round without drawing on Melbourne’s water reservoirs.

Fibre to the premises is pre-installed to each lot, putting high-speed internet within reach of all residents. The network also allows installation of two telephone lines and access to both pay and free-to-air TV without the need for a rooftop aerial.

Lots in Berwick Waters vary in size from 400 to 751 square metres and are priced from $280,000 to $440,000.

The new display village is at Springbrook Drive, located off Honour Avenue, opposite Arbourlea Boulevard.

Builders with homes at the village include Arden Homes, Bevnol Homes, Burbank, Carlisle Homes, Cheviot Homes, Dennis Family, Fairhaven Homes, GJ Gardner Homes, Henley, Hotondo Homes, Inspired Homes, Leneeva Homes, Mega Homes, Metricon, Porter Davis, Premier Builders Group, Rawdon Hill, Romeo Homes, Roseleigh Homes, Simonds Homes, Snowdon Homes and Watersun Homes.

The Berwick Waters sales office is at 5 Riverstone Boulevard, Clyde North, and is open daily from 11am to 5pm. Call 13 38 38 or visit berwickwaters.com.au for more information.
