An enormous display village of 53 homes from 22 builders is set to open at Berwick Waters, a joint development by Frasers Property Australia and Mondous Property Australia.
Located just 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne, Berwick Waters is in a satellite employment hub for Victoria and its strong sales have seen most of Melbourne’s major builders sign up to present their best and newest home designs.
The development is one of three new display villages at Frasers Property’s Developments in Victoria.
The company’s Sunbury Fields development will see eight display homes from four builders open later this year, with Life at Point Cook set to host nine new homes from four builders.

Henley Properties has the largest number of display homes in the Berwick Waters village, with nine homes available to be viewed.
